Epic Playdate crafted the visual identity and brand strategy for Butcher & Thief — a next-generation steakhouse concept by Eleven Hospitality that disrupts tradition with confident design, cinematic storytelling, and a noir-leaning edge.

We built Butcher & Thief from the ground up, starting with a naming exploration that captured the duality of the concept: precise but provocative, classic but subversive. The brand identity system leaned into this tension, blending bold typographic contrast, moody tones, and restrained luxury—designed to evoke both a sense of precision and seduction.

From menus and signage to social templates and tone of voice, every detail was considered through the lens of story: this is a place where old-world butchery meets a new-world sense of rebellion.

With a visual language built to signal heritage and mystery, and a brand system designed for seamless hospitality execution, we gave Butcher & Thief its signature voice and style—ready to stake its claim on the Las Vegas strip.
