Overview:
Epic Playdate is seeking a skilled Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with a specialization in email and SMS marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo, and proficiency in SMS marketing strategies. The primary responsibility of this specialist is to learn about our clients' businesses and customer journeys, enabling them to craft tailored email marketing funnels and effective SMS campaigns. Notably, the creative production side is handled by Epic Playdate, allowing the specialist to focus exclusively on the strategic and technical aspects of marketing automations and funnel setup. This role will play a meaningful part in helping our clients enhance their brand presence, engage more effectively with their audience, and drive substantial growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Business Analysis: Deeply understand the client's business model, brand identity, and customer journey.
Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, focusing on customer segmentation, personalized content, and performance analysis.
SMS Marketing Development: Create impactful SMS marketing strategies that complement the email campaigns and drive customer engagement.
Funnel Creation: Design and implement effective marketing funnels that nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform strategies, monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the client and internal teams, providing regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email and SMS marketing.
Expertise in using Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of customer journeys and how to leverage them in marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze business models and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Proficient in creating and managing marketing funnels.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, with a capacity for independent work and remote collaboration.
